The first major presentation to bring the worlds of contemporary comics, anime, manga, cartoons, graphic novels and video games together, KRAZY! examines the important links between contemporary art and visual culture. The exhibition’s co-curators are industry innovators, including Pulitzer Prize winning comic artist Art Spiegelman, animated feature film director of Antz and Over the Hedge Tim Johnson, and Will Wright, designer of The Sims, the world’s best selling video game.

CANADIAN WOMEN MODERNISTS: The Dialogue with Emily Carr

Covering six decades from 1900 to approximately 1960, the exhibition includes paintings, sculpture and works on paper by Emily Carr, Molly Lamb Bobak, Bess Harris, Beatrice Lennie, Ghitta Caiserman-Roth and Joyce Wieland.

ZHANG HUAN: Altered States

Zhang Huan is best known for his early body-based performances, both controversial and poetic, most of which involve physical endurance. The exhibition includes more than fifty works of photography, sculpture and painting tracing the evolution of Zhang Huan’s artistic practice.
