GOURMET BOOT CAMP

Designed to focus on kitchen fundamentals and building a culinary foundation, The Dirty Apron’s - Gourmet Boot Camp is a series of classes spread over five days. Instruction delves into the basics of crafting stocks and sauces, essential knife skills, meat and butchery, preparing and cleaning fish and shellfish, grains and vegetables, and the art of desserts and pastries. The final class will put your skills to the test, as students will compete in a black box style competition that will be judged by Chef Instructor Walter Messiah.
