Floor Service Manager
Part-time or Full-time | 1-2 years management experience and/or Wine knowledge is an asset. We would be happy to discuss a half server / half manager role while growing into a Full-time management position.

Bar Assistant - 3-4 shifts per week, flexible between weekdays and weekends. Must be available either Saturday or Sunday night, if not both. A great position for those wanting to eventually move into bartending. Must enjoy fast-paced environments. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year position in either the kitchen or in a FOH support position.
Bartender - Part-time or Full-time | Minimum 2 years’ experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of spirits & classic cocktails, thrive in high-speed environments, and have a strong attention to detail. Strong beer & wine knowledge are assets as well. We are open to training a less experienced but eager-to-learn candidate.

Back of House
We're seeking experienced and professional individuals excited to create and learn in this immensely busy and energetic environment. You will be expected to execute at a level that commands a graceful attention to detail while powering through hundreds of covers per shift. You'll be working with a dedicated team and there exists the possibility of advancement for those that share the passion and enthusiasm that Chambar is recognized for.
Chef de Partie - Full-time | 2 + years of high-end kitchen experience. Kitchen/section management is an asset.
Brunch Cook - Part-time | 20 hours per week Saturday/Sunday. Ideal while studying or on a student visa. Dayshifts.
Line Cook - Full-time or Part-time | Great if you're working through your apprenticeship. 1-2 years line cooking experience required.
Pastry Assistant - 1-2 years pastry experience. Line cooking experience is an asset. Strong position to start or complete your apprenticeship.
AM Dishwasher - 10AM start. Part-time or Full-time | English is not required. We are able to provide 20-hour work weeks, if necessary.
PM Dishwasher - 4PM start. Part-time or Full-time | English is not required. We are able to provide 20-hour work weeks, if necessary.
