Named for F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby this floral and effervescent cocktail packs quite a punch. Making a great pre-dinner cocktail, or standalone, this celebratory cocktail is one we all need in these times of self-isolation. 

 

INGREDIENTS

.75 oz           Zubrowka bison grass vodka
.75 oz           Luxardo St. Antonio's liqueur
.75 oz           Fresh lemon juice
 .5 oz            Simple Syrup
2 droppers    Ms. Betters Orange Tree bitters 
                     Sparkling wine 
                     Lemon Twist

Shaken, topped with sparkling wine, lemon twist
