Shrub & Soda

A classic, colonial era method of preservation, with a contemporary flavour combination.

Subtle ginger marries beautifully with sublime pineapple. Citra hops dial up the tropical fruit notes while providing a pleasant bitterness. Enjoy this brief tropical vacation, with or without alcohol. 

 

Method:
1) Fill collins glass with ice
2) Pour into glass 1 fl. oz Pineapple, Ginger & Hops shrub
3) Add into glass 1-2 fl. oz Absolut Vodka (optional)
4) Top with 3-5 fl. oz soda water, gently stir
5) Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel, fresh mint (optional)
