First Course

Kabocha squash tostada, Ahí tuna & Merkén spice, sour cream, cilantro

Second Course

Sopa de Melon, Pebre salsa, focaccia croutons, feta

Third Course

Roasted lingcod, cauliflower purée, broccolini, chimichurri, Cacho de Cabra pepper sauce

Fourth Course

Sweet potato bread pudding, miso caramel, coconut cream, candied pecans, pisco sour sorbet
