Traditionally, a Staff Meal is a communal meal prepared for restaurant staff before service, providing nourishment, connection, and a moment of camaraderie among the team. Chambar’s new program adapts this concept for guests, extending the same sense of care, community, and togetherness to the public.
At a time when many individuals and families are navigating financial strain and social isolation, Staff Meal offers a welcoming opportunity to sit at a table and share a meal. Guests are invited to attend alone, with friends, or bring your family. The long table seating encourages connection — including the possibility of meeting new people in a communal, inclusive setting.
Date: Mondays starting February 23rd
Time: 5pm until we run out
Price: $28 per person, not including beverages, tax or gratuity
Details:
- Communal seating.
- First-come, first-serve (no reservations)
- Due to demand, groups must be fully present to be seated.
- Due to the nature of the large batch cooking, substitutions are not available, and dietary accommodations are not possible.
- The menu will be available for viewing below on Monday each week.
- No Staff Meal will be held on holiday Mondays.
